To initiate a membership deletion request, you must first send an email regarding the issue to mhrsyardim@saglik.gov.tr. The authorized team will conduct the necessary security and technical procedures and send you a membership deletion link via email or SMS based on your preference. You can complete your CDAS membership deletion through this personalized link.
